Moses Martin is supporting his mom. The youngest child of Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin made a rare red carpet appearance on the New York premiere of "Marty Supreme." The 19-year-old bears a remarkable resemblance to his father and made his entrance as one of the latest Hollywood heartthrobs.
Moses attended the premiere alongside his mom and his sister, Apple Martin, smiling for the cameras. He wore a grey jacket, a light blue button-up with a blue and green tie. He completed the look with white pants and brown sneakers.
Paltrow's children looked happy and proud of their mom, with Apple paying tribute to her with her outfit. For the occasion, Apple repurposed one of Paltrow's chicest looks, a Calvin Klein slim black dress that Paltrow wore to the premiere of her 1996 film "Emma." Apple styled the look with a high bun.
Moses' reaction to Paltrow's work in Marty Supreme
Paltrow's work in "Marty Supreme" marked her first major role in a film in seven years. In the film, she plays an actress who has an affair with Timothee Chalamet's character. Aside from challenging her to practice the craft she's developed for years, it also features some sex scenes, which Moses wasn't a fan of.
In an appearance on "Late Night with Seth Meyers," Paltrow shared Moses' reaction to the film. "He was like this," she said, covering her eyes for the audience. “The whole time. Yeah, not into that.”
Paltrow made it clear that she "did warn" Moses, but it still wasn't enough.
“You know it’s funny, you grow up doing these things in movies. I remember once I was so scared because I was taking my grandfather to see the premiere of ‘Shakespeare in Love’ and I was like, ‘I have this topless scene, Grandpa. But it’s like part of the thing because they think I’m a boy.’ And I was trying to prep him for the whole thing, and he just goes, 'Ah I’ve seen it before, two eggs sunny side up,'” she said.
When explaining this new film to Moses, Paltrow wasn't as successful. “I was trying to think of something like that to my son,” she said. “But I couldn’t think of one.”
In a previous conversation, Paltrow shared her kids' hilarious responses to the viral images of herself on the set of "Marty Supreme," where she was captured kissing Chalamet.
"I mean, my daughter’s so cool and so punk rock that she’s like, 'Mom, this is awesome!' And my son was like, 'Oh my God, I don’t want to see this.' He was kind of mortified," she said to The Hollywood Reporter.
