Now and then comes a headline that makes you say, "Wait, what?" Today's head scratcher is a new lawsuit alleging that Riley Keough is John Travolta's youngest son's biological mom.
According to TMZ, Priscilla Presley’s former business partner, Brigitte Kruse, is suing Priscilla’s son, Navarone Garcia, for breach of contract. But inside the filing, Kruse claims John and Kelly “used Riley Keough’s eggs to give birth to their son, Ben.”
Up until now, there had never been any doubts or speculation that John's late wife, Kelly Preston, was the mother of their three children, including 15-year-old Ben. They are also the parents of Jett, who tragically passed away in 2009, and Ella Bleu, 25.
Kruse alleges that Michael Lockwood, Lisa Marie Presley’s ex-husband, told her Kelly had trouble having children. They claimed they used Lisa Marie’s eggs, but then changed their mind because they didn't want ‘eggs with heroin’ on them.
She says a deal was made where Riley gave her eggs, Kelly carried the baby, and Riley was paid $10,000 – $20,000 and got an old Jaguar.
Kruse also claims Lockwood was so broke that he had resorted to eating dog food and tried to use the secret about Travolta for a payout. The docs even include scribbles reading “CA fertility partners,” “Ben Travolta,” and “Kelly Preston carried baby,” plus texts calling Ben Priscilla’s “beautiful great-grandson.”
Priscilla’s attorneys fired back, telling TMZ, “After losing motion after motion… Kruse and their co-conspirators have demonstrated that there is no bar too low, no ethical line they are unwilling to cross in an effort to cause further pain to Priscilla Presley and her family.”
"In a completely improper effort to exert undue pressure on Presley to retract her legitimate, truthful claims, Kruse and her co-conspirators have also sued Presley’s son, cousin, and assistant. These recent outrageous allegations have absolutely nothing to do with the claims in this case," they added.
Kruse’s lawyers responded, telling the outlet the complaint is about “revealing the truth, correcting the record, and providing evidence of the work that was done in good faith to bring peace, resolution, and stability to the Presley family, despite being exposed to constant volatility.”
This comes after Priscilla sued Kruse and her associates last year for fraud and elder abuse, a claim Kruse denies. They've been going back and forth with accusations. Kruse and Fialco claimed Priscilla took Lisa Maria off life support to control the Elvis estate.
And in September, they named her as the person responsible for Elvis' death, saying she pressured him to his death when she placed a lien on Graceland, per TMZ. Priscilla's attorney has denied all allegations.
