Tom Brady’s only daughter, Vivian Lake, has officially crossed the threshold into teenager territory, and her dad is celebrating the milestone with all the tenderness you’d expect from the famously devoted father of three.
The 13-year-old spent her birthday week wrapped in both online love and real-life family moments, as Brady, 48, shared a series of photos and emotional words honoring the youngest child he shares with ex-wife Gisele Bündchen. He is also father to sons Jack, 18, with Bridget Moynahan, and Benjamin, 15, with Bündchen.
Brady opened his Instagram tribute with a message that fans instantly loved. "Happy 13th birthday to my precious forever baby girl. A TEENAGER. I love you more than words can describe, and you are such a blessing to me and our family every single day," he wrote, pairing his words with photos from recent years.
He continued, "Your smile lights up my life, and hearing you laugh is my favorite soundtrack." Brady praised his daughter’s work ethic in both school and sports, adding, "You put your heart into everything you do. You’ve always been such a loving sister, granddaughter, niece, and cousin, bringing so much joy to everyone in our family."
The former quarterback closed his birthday message with a nod to their shared wanderlust. "I love our adventures together, you’re the most amazing travel partner, and I’m equally impressed by your ability to turn every trip into an epic scavenger hunt for the best ice cream or matcha latte. :)) I can’t wait for all the fun memories still ahead."
Alongside the message, Brady posted a reel with wholesome photos. One showed him standing behind Vivian with his arms wrapped tightly around her, another revealed a younger Vivi in a pink My Little Pony dress posing before a sign that read “No Autographs Please.” A third captured pure amusement-park joy as Vivian devoured cotton candy while her dad made a silly face beside her.
Fans flooded the comments with celebratory notes, wishing a “spectacular day and year ahead” for the young teen and marveling at how quickly she’d grown “from a toddler to officially a teenager.”
Vivian’s birthday comes just days after Brady shared glimpses of the family’s Thanksgiving weekend spent in Michigan. All three of his children joined him for the trip, where they crowded the University of Michigan field, the same one where Brady once launched his college football career.
The quarterback called the holiday gathering a meaningful pause in a busy season. "What a special Thanksgiving weekend with the people I love most! Laughing, playing, eating too much… and enjoying our family and football and tradition in the state of Michigan," he wrote.
