Bella Thorne is enjoying some beachy weather. The actress and filmmaker shared a new video on social media, showing off her dance moves aboard a yacht.
Thorne shared the clip earlier this week, showing her dancing on a yacht as she jammed out to Hall & Oates' "Maneater." The clip shows her wearing a black bikini, dancing, and singing as she wears a cowboy hat, with her red hair glowing in the sun.
"Life is too short not to dance any opportunity you get," Thorne captioned the post.
Thorne has been looking back on her year over the past couple of weeks, sharing some details of her life and her engagement to Mark Emms, whom she's been dating since 2022.
Thorne opens up about her mental health
In recent posts, Thorne has shared details about her mental health and some of the challenges she's experienced, especially when being away from home. "This past year wasn’t easy. Being away from home for so long took a toll on me in ways I didn’t expect. I felt isolated, overwhelmed, and honestly… a little lost," she wrote in an Instagram post, showing her smoking and crying as she recorded herself on her phone's camera.
"There were days I didn’t recognize myself, and it felt like there was no clear way back to feeling okay. But these last few months, the people I love pulled me out of that fog. My family, my friends, and my fiancé, reminded me I wasn’t alone, even when it felt like I was. This time of year always makes me pause and really look around. The good and the hard moments both shaped me, but it’s the hard ones that make the good feel that much sweeter. If you’re in a rough season, I hope you get your light back too. You deserve it." She concluded the clip on a happier tone, sharing sweet moments with her partner and dancing and enjoying a drink with her friends.
Thorne has long been honest about her mental health and the issues she struggles with as a public person. Last year, she shared her thoughts on Ozempic and weight loss and how the rising trend of celebrities and people using these weight loss medications has affected her body image.
"So I haven't been feeling good about my body in a while, especially with everybody on Ozempic," she said in one of her stories. "I have swam every day and I have sweat out everything possible, and I have walked everywhere, and I'm finally feeling good about myself," she said. "Finally feeling good."
