The 74th edition of Miss Universe has come to a thrilling conclusion at Impact Arena in Pak Kret, Thailand. After weeks of anticipation, private interviews, and dazzling performances in swimsuit, national costume, and evening gown presentations, the moment the world has been waiting for arrived, the crowning of Miss Universe 2025.
The competition was fierce, with 130 contestants going for the prestigious title. From the Top 30, the field narrowed to the Top 12, and then to the Top 5 finalists, who faced live questions before the judges and audience, an ultimate test of poise, intelligence, and personality.
At the end of the night, the coveted Lumière de l'Infini crown found its rightful owner. Miss Mexico Fátima Bosch was crowned Miss Universe 2025, succeeding Denmark’s Victoria Kjær Theilvig.
Miss Mexico's journey to the crown comes after a "painful" accident. The 26-year-old stepped on a piece of glass that pierced the sole of her foot, causing intense pain.
Joining her on the podium was Miss Thailand, Praveenar Singh, who earned the first runner-up spot. The second runner-up position was also celebrated, Miss Venezuela, Stephany Abasali, rounding out the Top 3 finalists.
These three women showcased not only beauty but also the confidence, charisma, and grace that define a Miss Universe. The event also served as a reminder of the pageant’s global reach and cultural significance.
Fans can now look forward to Miss Universe 2026, which will celebrate the pageant’s 75th Diamond Anniversary in Puerto Rico at the iconic José Miguel Agrelot Coliseum, promising another year of glamour, talent, and inspiration.
Rounding out the Top 5 finalists were Thailand, Praveenar Singh, Philippines, Ahtisa Manalo, Venezuela, Stephany Abasali, Mexico, Fátima Bosch, and Côte d'Ivoire, Olivia Yacé.
Each of these contestants impressed the judges with their poise, stage presence, and inspiring answers, proving that the competition was as fierce as it was unforgettable.
