Elizabeth Hurley and Billy Ray Cyrus had a special Nashville date night. The couple was one of the highlights at last night's CMA Awards, where they took some photos on the red carpet and even introduced an award.
© WireImageThe pair wore their best for the occasion, with Hurley wearing a red and sparkly long-sleeved dress with a low cut. She paired the look with silver heels and some jewelry, including some dangling earrings and a bracelet.
Cyrus wore all black, wearing a suit that seemed to be made out of a silk material. He paired it all with a cowboy hat, some sunglasses, and key jewelry, including a silver cross, some rings, and more.
Hurley shared some of her favorite photos on her Instagram, writing, "I couldn’t have enjoyed myself more presenting Single of the Year at the CMA awards in Nashville. It was my first night out in this heavenly city, and I can’t wait for more."
Cyrus shared some photos of his own on his Instagram and his story, writing, "Our first date in Nashville. Actually, in the US! So grateful for tonight."

Hurley and Cyrus have been together for some time now, sharing details of their relationship this Easter. The pair have been together all through the year, traveling back and forth between their homes in Nashville and the UK.
In an interview with The Sunday Times, Hurley opened up about how much she likes visiting Nashville and Cyrus' relationship with the UK. “He lives 40 minutes outside of Nashville,” shared Hurley. “It’s so beautiful. Funnily enough, it actually looks a lot like England. Probably the equivalent of Surrey.”

In October of this year, a source spoke about Hurley and Cyrus' relationship, sharing that the two are more comfortable in their dynamics as they've spent more and more time together.
"They've been together for more than six months now," said an insider connected to Hurley. "Despite the skepticism, it was always real from the beginning. And they're going strong."
"They're very different, but it works. They're so cute together," they continued. "It's the kind of connection that surprises people but makes perfect sense when you spend time with them. Liz's very happy."
At the CMAs the couple looked happy, with the two dancing along to Chris Stapleton's performance of his song "Bad As I Want To Be."
