Justin Bieber is nursing a painful injury after taking a hard tumble from his Onewheel electric skateboard.

The singer told fans during a four-hour Twitch livestream on Thursday that the fall left him hurting. “My rib hurts so f***ing bad, bro,” the “Peaches” performer admitted.

“That s**t bro is hurting me bad, bro,” he continued. “I’m trying to play it cool, bro. This s**t is f***ing with me.”

Bieber went on to break down exactly what happened. “Chat, I f***ing fell on my side on that Onewheel and landed on my [hip],” he shared. “So, even singing, laughing, everything hurts.”

Despite the pain, Bieber still moved forward with a rehearsal for the 2026 Coachella Music Festival. After settling onto a couch during the livestream, he referenced the fall again, saying, “Bro, that fall the other day?” while clutching his ribs and noting that it “hurts to laugh, talk.”

This isn’t the first time Bieber has been seen dealing with an injury recently. Back in June, Page Six photographed the 31-year-old heading into Voda Spa in West Hollywood, Calif., wearing a black knee brace on his left leg. For that outing, the Grammy winner sported a red hoodie, teal shorts, blue slides, and a backwards cap.

Bieber has used Twitch before to share personal details from his life. In October, the father of one recounted a “tense” moment with wife Hailey Bieber during the August 2024 birth of their son, Jack Blues.

He explained on the stream that he felt Hailey’s doula was “pushing [him] to the side” when he wanted to “console” the Rhode skin founder. After the two “butting heads,” Hailey addressed the conflict with him.

“It’s instinctual to be a dad and to, like, be there,” Bieber told viewers, acknowledging that while he respected the doula’s work to “help facilitate” the labor, he also felt he needed to “be in there too.”

He said Hailey became “anxious” because of his “strong” reaction. “She was like, ‘You need to apologize to the doula. Like … just clear the air,’” he recalled.

With “emotions [were] heightened,” Justin apologized and asked the doula not to “take away from [his] moment either as the dad.”

“I’ve got good instincts with this stuff too,” he added.
