Anna Kournikova is awaiting the birth of her fourth child. While her pregnancy advances and she and Enrique Iglesias prepare to grow their family, she's kept busy by being a present mom, taking her kids to all sorts of school dates, after-school programs, Halloween parties, and more. Earlier this week, she and her son, Nico, who frequently accompanies her on outings, were spotted carrying out some errands in Miami.
Photographers captured Kournikova and Nico wearing matching black outfits, with the retired tennis player wearing a baggy sweater and pants, with her pregnant belly lightly showing.
She completed the look with some sunglasses and a large purse and was seen holding on to an ice cream cone as she walked through the crowded city.
Her son, Nico, also wore a black outfit made up of shorts and sweaters. The pair added an adorable touch to their look, with both wearing matching black Crocs.
The Iglesias-Kournikova family prepares to grow
Over the past year, Enrique Iglesias and Anna Kournikova confirmed that they are expecting their fourth child. The two have been together for decades and share three kids: Lucy, Nicholas, and Mary.
"Anna and Enrique are very happy to become parents again," said a source to PEOPLE. "They have proven to be great parents to their three children, and both of them love the process. They enjoy the activities and all that goes along with raising children."
The source also spoke about Iglesias and his career, and how, as he's grown older, his family has become his full priority. "He loves his fans and loves to tour, but as he has gotten older and become a parent, it has been harder for him to leave. He will never forsake his fans, but being a dad is very important to him," they said.
Iglesias and Kournikova first met in 2001, after shooting the music video for his song "Escape," where they play each other's love interests. "Whenever they hear one of my songs, they can actually recognize my voice, which is pretty cool. But when they watch that video, I think it does throw them off a little bit. 'What is Mom doing there with Dad?' you know? 'When was this?'" shared Iglesias in a 2021 appearance on The Jess Cagle Show.
"It's actually incredible to watch the expression on their faces. It's pretty cool," he concluded.
