Tom Cruise is doing what he loves most: encouraging people to watch movies in the theater. Weeks after his rumored breakup from Ana de Armas, Cruise has shared new photos on his Instagram showing him alongside an up-and-coming brunette actress.
© Getty Images for Paramount PictuCruise shared some photos on his social media, promoting Glen Powell's new film "The Running Man." In one of the images, he's seen standing next to Emilia Jones, a British 23-year-old actress who's had a big year, starring in the HBO show "Task."
In the photos, Cruise is seen wearing a black button-up with matching pants and standing alongside Jones, who wore a silver and black dress.
"Another great night out with my friends at the movies!" Cruise captioned the post. "You guys crushed it, congratulations! I laughed, was on the edge of my seat, and ate way too much popcorn."
"The Running Man" stars Powell, Jones, Lee Pace, William H. Macy, and more in an adaptation of a 1982 Stephen King novel. The story is set in a dystopian world following a reality TV show game pitting contestants against assassins. If contestants manage to stay alive for 30 days, they win a prize of $1 billion.

Tom Cruise and Ana de Armas were rumored to have been dating over the past year, with the two having various movie projects in development. Over the past months, the two have been spotted in numerous locations together, including London, where they were working, Menorca, where they were vacationing aboard a yacht, and Vermont, where they were seen holding hands.
The nature of their relationship is unknown, but some sources claim the two were together. “Ana thought this year would be very different so she is disappointed,” said a source to The Daily Mail. “But she knows it will get better and is plugging on. And she is still friends with Tom. She is not crying at home.”

The pair were meeting to discuss the film "Deeper," an action-thriller directed by Cruise's long-term collaborator Doug Liman. According to sources that spoke at the time, the two began spending time together.
“Tom has been showering Ana with gifts ever since they met; it’s his thing, he is thoughtful,” said a source to The Daily Mail in July. “The more they got to know each other, the bigger the gifts became."
