The Dodgers are in the World Series, and the stars have been out in Los Angeles supporting the team on their quest for gold. Last night was game 4, as they took on the Toronto Blue Jays, and in the crowd was the one and only Brad Pitt, his friend Flea.
Flea, born Michael Peter Balzary, is the founder and bassist of the Red Hot Chili Peppers. The duo posed for photos and looked like they were having a blast. Unfortunately, the boys in blue lost, but will be aiming for victory tonight for game 5.
The 61-year-old actor was able to enjoy the game without too much fanfare because, according to an eyewitness, people didn't recognize him with his mustache. "No one paid attention to Brad, I think people did not recognize him at all because he did not look like Brad Pitt, The Movie star, he looked like a regular dude," the source told DailyMail.
Plus, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle seemed to be getting most of the attention. "Everyone was checking out Harry and Megs; it was all everyone was talking about," they explained.
Sportsnet shared photos from the game, and while fans loved seeing Pitt support the Dodgers, many were concerned that it looked like he was raw-dogging the sun. Unlike Flea, he was not wearing a hat, and it looked like he had a pretty good sunburn. "I hope Brad has good sun protection SPF," wrote one commenter. "Brad Pitt might want to consider sunscreen," another added.
Others were surprised by the Academy Award winner and rock star's friendship. "The fact that Brad Pitt is besties with Flea has me shook," and "Brad Pitt and Flea is an unlikely friendship I’m glad exists" are among some of the reactions.
There were also many people disappointed to see Harry and Markle supporting the Dodgers. The couple has even made headlines, calling their support of the LA team a "betrayal." The top comment on the post reads, "Sorry, is that Harry wearing a Dodgers hat when the one team from the commonwealth is playing … and the commonwealth has funded his entire existence…" "I’m a little disappointed in Harry not supporting the Jays," and "Really Harry????? REALLY????" read other top liked comments.
While the couple did live in Canada for six years, they've made LA home for the last 5 years. With the Dodgers being the city's pride and joy, it's not too surprising they want to support the team. Plus, it's just fun and games after all.
