There's no denying Jennifer Lopez is aging like fine wine. The 56-year-old artist is an incredible dancer who moves with the agility of an athlete on stage or on screen. Genetics plays a significant role, and she may have her mother, Doña Guadalupe Rodriguez, to thank for her nimble and powerful essence.

Lupe will turn 80 on December 12 and is a fan favorite. She is super outgoing and loves to dance, and has gone viral in the past for her moves. On Tuesday, JLo shared a video of her set visitation, and the video will bring an instant smile to your face as she holds nothing back, dancing to "Gonna Make You Sweat" by C&C Music Factory.

JLo captioned the hilarious video, "JOY TRIGGER WARNING: When mom visits the set…The legend that is the Lupinator." "Lupinator" has been her mom's nickname for years, and it's perfect.

From humble beginnings

Lupe and David, JLo's dad, are Puerto Rico natives, and she watched her parents work hard to support her and her three sisters. Her dad worked nights, and her mom was a Tupperware lady and also worked at the school. "I always felt that I couldn’t let them down," she told W Magazine in 2013.

She's praised her mom for introducing her to the world of music, too. "My mom was also the mom who got me into musicals and introduced me to all kinds of music. I am an entertainer because of my mom," she told Rolling Stone.

Lupe also prepared her for the entertainment industry with her tough persona. "But I'm also able to survive the things I've survived in this business because my mom was tough. I don't think she could realize what she was preparing me for, but she did," the Enough star continued.

Now a full-blown superstar, Lupe is one of her biggest fans. She is a frequent guest at her concerts and has joined her on stage in the past. Most recently, she was at the New York City premiere of Kiss of the Spider Woman

Her energy is always electric, and Lopez knows she got it from her mama. “People ask me where I get my energy from, my drive, my dance moves lol...” Jennifer wrote in a birthday tribute in 2019

"Well, now you know... Guadalupe... my mommy... for as long back as I can remember, I can see her dancing, laughing, and lighting up every room she was in," she continued.
