Romeo Beckham and Kim Turnbull are back together again. The couple, who've been involved in an on-and-off relationship throughout the past year, appear to be back together, according to Romeo's social media. Their return and Brooklyn Beckham's continuous separation from his family suggest that the rift between the brothers is far from over.
A photo shared on Romeo's Instagram story shows him and Turnbull hanging out. The image is in black and white and shows the two dressed up stylishly for the cold weather, with Romeo taking their photo in front of a mirror.
Their Instagram activity also suggests a reconciliation, with Romeo dropping a melting emoji on Turnbull's latest Instagram post, showing her in a bikini.
The pair appeared to have broken up in June, a few months after they started dating, and the rift between Romeo and his brother, Brooklyn, began. According to earlier reports, Brooklyn and Turnbull had reportedly dated in the past, leaving Brooklyn concerned about Turnbull's intentions when dating his brother.
Various sources and Turnbull herself have addressed and denied these claims. “I’ve avoided speaking on this topic to avoid adding fuel to the fire; however, it’s come to a point where I feel the need to address it so I can move on,” wrote Turnbull in one of her Instagram stories.
She said that she and Brooklyn “have never been romantically involved in ANY capacity at ANY point.”
“Nothing between us has occurred further than a school friendship at age 16,” she continued. “I would like to remove myself from the ongoing conversation & set the record straight for the sake of everyone involved.”
Brooklyn's rift with his family
Over the past year, it's become obvious that Brooklyn is keeping his distance from his entire family, with him not attending some of the defining moments of the year, including David Beckham's 50th birthday celebration, Victoria Beckham's own birthday, and the different fashion shows she's hosted. Most recently, he and his wife, Nicola Peltz-Beckham,, skipped out on the premiere of Victoria's Netflix documentary.
Victoria was recently featured on an episode of "Call Her Daddy," the viral podcast hosted by Alex Cooper. There, she opened up about her family and their evolving family dynamics.
"I mean, we're such a close family and, you know, communication is key and we always let them know that anything that they want to talk about, you know, this is a safe forum. You know, that's really important," she said.
"I'm excited for them, they're all very different. They all like to do different things," she concluded.
