Gisele Bündchen is sharing her best tip for a healthy life. In a recent social media post, Bündchen shared a video filled with the main activity that keeps her happy, healthy, and at ease.
Bündchen shared a video on Instagram, showing her participating in all sorts of sports and activities. "If there’s one thing I’d recommend to everyone, it’s this: move your body," she captioned the post.
The video shows her practicing yoga, riding bikes, dancing with a friend, and more, all showing the different ways in which she keeps her body moving and herself happy. "Your body is your home — and it was made to move. Movement is medicine," she continued.
The footage also shows a look inside her life, showing Bündchen practicing Jiu-Jitsu and boxing with her boyfriend, with the two using the movements as a way of bonding with each other. Over the past year, as they've settled into their lives in Miami, it's common to see Bündchen and Joaquim Valente practicing all manner of sports, including going on walks together, riding bikes, or participating in different water-based activities.
Bündchen shared that while movement is beneficial for the muscles and circulatory health, movement is also key for your mental health. "Every time you move, you shift more than just your limbs. You move stagnant energy. You release stored emotion," she wrote.
"Have you ever noticed how your body feels when you’re anxious or overwhelmed? The tight shoulders… the shallow breath… the tension in your chest? Movement softens all of that. It invites flow where there was resistance. It brings oxygen, clarity, and presence back into your being. Whether it’s a gym session, a walk under the trees, a dance in your kitchen, or pilates on your mat, it all counts. Just move. Today, choose movement not as a chore, but as a gift you give yourself."
A look inside Bündchen's family life
Over the past year, Bündchen has taken a step back from social media to focus on raising her baby boy, whom she welcomed earlier this year with her partner Valente.
She's taken to Instagram to commemorate special occasions, including a sweet post that she shared earlier this month, filled with some of the beautiful things that make up her life.
The photos included appearances from her dog, the meals she's had, her daughter Vivian playing volleyball, and, most adorably, her son Ben playing the piano with his baby brother on his lap. "There's only one thing more precious than our time... and that's who we spend it on," she captioned the post.
