Jeremy Allen White shows love for Rosalía despite their breakup: ‘She’s wonderful’

While promoting 'Springsteen: Deliver Me from Nowhere,' the highly anticipated Bruce Springsteen biopic, Jeremy Allen White made an unexpected revelation that caught the attention of Spanish fans, and not because of his performance. 

On the red carpet in Madrid, the 'The Bear' star took a moment to share his admiration for Spanish music. When asked about his favorite artist during an interview with LOS40, White didn’t hesitate.

“Rosa, Rosalía, I love so much, she's wonderful,” he said. His praise for the Catalan singer wasn’t just about musical admiration, as it also reignited interest in a chapter of his personal life that had long been speculated on.

Jeremy Allen White and Rosalía were briefly a couple between late 2023 and mid-2024. Although they never officially confirmed the relationship, the pair was spotted together several times, from walks around Los Angeles to public events, their chemistry was evident.

Both were recovering from high-profile breakups. Jeremy had just divorced actress Addison Timlin, and Rosalía had ended her engagement with singer Rauw Alejandro. Their connection, described as rooted in shared interests in music, art, and culture, quickly drew attention from fans all over the world.

Their final public appearance came in July at a pre-Olympics party where Rosalía was one of the hosts. Not long after, reports surfaced that the couple had quietly split.

What happened?

According to US Weekly, the romance between White and Rosalía had started to “cool off” over the summer. A source close to the situation explained, “They started cooling off in the last few months.” The insider added that their breakup was amicable. “The decision to break up was mutual,” they said. “They aren’t friends but have no ill will toward each other.”

The same source pointed out that while they shared certain passions, the relationship lacked a deeper connection. “Their communication wasn’t what it needed to be,” they noted. Despite the breakup, White’s recent comments about Rosalía suggest a lasting appreciation and perhaps even lingering affection.

In September, just weeks before Rosalía’s birthday, Jeremy was seen kissing 'The Bear' co-star Molly Gordon in Los Angeles. Though rumors of on-set chemistry had circulated for a while, their romantic involvement only became evident recently.

“They didn’t start hanging out romantically until a few weeks ago though,” a source told People. Their bond seems to be growing quickly. “She spends time at his house. They go on lunch dates and seem to have a great time,” the source added. “They’re affectionate, often in deep conversations, and seem curious to get to know each other better.”
