Madonna might be 67, but she knows a thing or two about a good party. The icon and legend was one of many celebrities at photographer Mert Alas’ Fashion Party on Thursday night, and she was photographed leaving with her boyfriend Akeem Morris at 2 am.
The star-studded event went down at Chiltern Firehouse in London, and she partied the night away with her boo. She arrived at the party looking casual, wearing a black coat, dark wash jeans, and black sunglasses.
Morris wore black slacks, a button-up green shirt, a black leather jacket, and a loose-knit beanie.
As they walked to their car, Madonna wore her sunglasses, striking a surprised but fierce look on her face.
The party was hosted by Alas and Seventy One Gin, celebrating the launch of London Fashion Week. In snaps posted to Instagram by Alas, Madonna can be seen chatting it up with another superstar: Kate Moss.
Moss and the singer sat surrounded by liquor as the 51-year-old was snapped whispering in her ear at the party. The "Like a Virgin" singer looked fully captivated by whatever story she was sharing.
The location of the party also comes with a story. Earlier this year, in February on Valentine’s Day, the Chiltern Firehouse, a former fire station which was built in 1889 and converted into a 26-suite hotel in 2013, was damaged in a fire.
The lobby was temporarily reopened during London Fashion Week for the event, but the hotel and restaurant are still under reconstruction, per the Daily Mail.
Madonna and Morris: Still going strong
It was one of Madonna's and her boyfriend’s latest outings. The singer and the 29-year-old have been going strong for over a year and a half, even sparking engagement rumors over the new year when she was spotted flaunting a massive diamond ring on her left hand.
The couple never confirmed or denied the rumors, but there’s no denying she looks happy and in love. He attended the Met Gala with her back in May; he's always with her family, and she loves posting him on her Instagram, sharing a glimpse into some of their dates.
Earlier this month, they visited a museum and appreciated the artists Yoshitomo Nara and Gabriel Moses’ work. She shared a gallery of photos on her Instagram, which included some cute photos posing with her boyfriend while they admired the art.
Morris also loves showing off their love with his followers. Days after Madonna shared her art appreciation post, he shared a gallery of his summer in London, which included several adorable snaps with the Queen of Pop.
He helped her ring in her 67th birthday earlier this year as she made her "dreams" come true in Siena, Italy, watching the Palio horse race. In just a few months, they will celebrate another milestone as the former soccer player will turn 30 in May.
