Cardi B and Stefon Diggs are expecting their first child together, and they look like they couldn't be happier. The rapper dropped her album Am I The Drama at midnight on Friday, and the NFL player surprised her with a massive bouquet on Thursday night to celebrate its release.

After weeks of speculation, the "Safe" singer finally confirmed that she was pregnant this week on CBS Mornings. "I'm having a baby with my boyfriend, Stefon Diggs," she told Gayle King, explaining she's "happy." "I feel like I'm in a good space. I feel very strong, very powerful that I'm doing all this work, but I'm doing all this work while I'm creating a baby."
She is due ahead of her scheduled tour in February.

Right after the happy announcement, things took a dramatic turn. News broke that model Aileen Lopera - known online as Lord Gisselle - filed paperwork back in December 2024 while she was still pregnant to establish paternity of a baby she says belongs to Diggs, according to PEOPLE.
In the docs, Lopera asked for legal and physical custody while granting Diggs visitation rights. The NFL star fired back, contesting paternity and requesting genetic testing. He added that if he is confirmed as the father, he wants joint custody and to split “reasonable expenses” for the pregnancy, birth, and attorney fees.
The filing also revealed that Lopera named her daughter Charliee Harper Diggs-Lopera, already giving the little girl his last name. Her attorney, Tamar G. Arminak, told PEOPLE: “My client looks forward to the day Mr. Diggs acknowledges and provides for his infant daughter in Los Angeles.”
Whenever she shares photos of the baby, commenters say she looks just like Diggs.
And to add even more chaos to the baby drama, TMZ reported Friday that Digg was spotted leaving a New York City hospital with a baby carrier one day before he and Cardi B went public.

According to Page Six, that woman wasn’t Lopera. Lopera’s lawyer, Tamar Arminak, shut down the speculation, telling the outlet: “I can confirm that is not my client in the video and no car seat has been provided to her.”
After being linked since October 2024, Cardi and Diggs made things official with their first public appearance at a Boston Celtics and New York Knicks game at Madison Square Garden on May 12.
Diggs is also the father to an 8-year-old daughter from a past relationship, while Cardi shares Kulture, 6, Wave, 3, and Blossom, 1, with Offset, whom she has said she is the only provider for.
