Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco enjoy lake life ahead of their wedding

Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco are enjoying some moments in nature after celebrating their bachelor and bachelorette parties. The couple wound down this weekend with friends and family on a lakeside getaway.

On Labor Day, the 33-year-old actress and singer shared a gallery of photos from their relaxing trip. “lake life,” she captioned the post, which included cozy snaps of the couple, boat rides, dock views, and moments with family and friends. 

Countdown to the wedding

It's a different scene from last weekend. Blanco had his bachelor party in good ol' Sin City. According to TMZ, he stayed in a $25k a night villa and hit up the clubs with around 20 guys, including Lil Dicky. He had a VIP table, and the boys took shots and enjoyed their Las Vegas night out. 

He shared a video eating at a large table filled with delicious foods as he looked into the camera, saying, "Vegas baby." “I’ll never forget this weekend,” he wrote on Instagram, tagging the hotel.  

Meanwhile, Gomez's bachelorette party was in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, with her closest friends.

She shared a gallery of memories, including her posing with balloons that spelled out “Mrs. Levin,” Blanco’s real last name.

Fans went wild when they found out his real name is Benjamin Levin, and the idea that Selena Gomez's name could be "Selena Levin" if she legally changed it.

With a September wedding date set, the Wizards of Waverly Place star seems to be making all the big shots, with Blanco encouraging her to have her dream wedding. An insider told Daily Mail, “Blanco has told his bride-to-be that this is her wedding first, and their wedding second." “He’s ecstatic that at the end of that day she will be his bride.” 

The insider said that there were, however, times that Gomez felt he “could step up and make some decisions.” That said, the couple has found their groove. “It’s smooth sailing now, because everything has been paid for and figured out,” the insider explained.

The pair, who started dating in the summer of 2023, got engaged in December when Blanco proposed with a huge diamond ring worth an estimated $1 million. They’ve since been planning a two-day celebration in Montecito, California, set for September. With the A-lister's network, it will likely be a star-studded affair, and one of the biggest weddings of the year..
