While Ozzy Osbourne’s family life has long been associated with his wife, Sharon, and their children Aimee, 41, Kelly, 40 and Jack, 39 the rock legend also had three older children who stayed mainly out of the limelight until now.
However, not many are aware of the late singer’s other three children, who have lived their lives out of the public eye.
Ozzy was also the father of Jessica Osbourne and Louis Osbourne, 50, from his marriage to his first wife, Thelma Riley. Thelma also had a son, Elliot Kingsley, from a previous relationship, whom Ozzy adopted. The couple married in 1971 and divorced 11 years later.
These children now adult have been thrust into public attention following his passing on July 22.
Jessica who is Ozzy’s first biological child, spoke about her feelings about what the iconic shared in the 2011 documentary God Bless Ozzy Osbourne. He said that he doesn’t remember his daughter or her brother Louis being born.
Jessica opened up about her father’s absence in the documentary.
“My recollection from my childhood with dad is that he’d be away for very long periods of time, and there’d always be a period of adjustment when he came home, and then it’d get to normality, and then he’d go again. So, it was a very erratic childhood with dad.”
The first daughter of the rockstar also told Ozzy over the phone on the family’s MTV reality show, The Osbournes, that she gave birth to a baby girl. She is now a mother of three.
Louis is Ozzy’s youngest son with Thelma. He has opened up about having a close relationship with his father despite difficulty meeting him frequently.
He said to Birmingham Live in 2025 that it’s more likely for the father-son duo to see each other in “a random New York hotel” than meet for lunch. Louis added, “We meet on special occasions.”
Louis, who is a father of three, called Ozzy “very much a doting grandad.” He attended Ozzy’s farewell concert on July 5 and said in a Facebook post that he was “sobbing at times.” Louis also said he was anxious about his father’s ability to perform with Parkinson’s disease. "It was everything we wanted it to be and more."
"The audience showed him all the love that you'd expect and him back to them. An emotional end to a phenomenal 57 year career."
Elliot lives life completely out of the spotlight, and there is no information regarding his relationship with his father.
