From barely-there cutoffs to retro band tees, Natalie Portman is keeping the fashion bar high on the streets of Manhattan while filming her new Netflix rom-com 'Good Sex.'
On July 24, the 44-year-old actress was spotted on set channeling a more relaxed, vintage-inspired vibe, pairing a faded The Cure concert tee with high-waisted burgundy trousers and a bold statement belt.
She carried a light denim jacket and was seen casually enjoying a bowl of fresh fruit between takes, talking with crew members, and enjoying an off-camera moment in NYC.
Just days earlier, Portman turned heads in a completely different kind of look, stepping out on July 21 in a mint green cashmere crop top and Alaïa white sneakers, paired with distressed denim shorts.
Her toned abs were on full display as she filmed in the West Village, holding her phone while strutting through the scene with total confidence.
She later threw on a beige trench coat, adding a silk scarf in the same mint hue, cat-eye sunglasses, and a black baguette bag, pulling off a casual yet chic street-style moment, rocking loose waves and neutral glam.
That same day, she was seen in full character as Ally, the therapist-turned-dater she plays in 'Good Sex.' The star wore a cream chiffon blouse detailed with gold buttons, a black velvet pussy bow, and a sleek black mini skirt.
The Lena Dunham–directed film follows Portman’s character as she reenters the chaotic NYC dating scene at 40, only to find herself torn between two very different men, one in his 20s and one in his 50s. The all-star cast includes Rashida Jones, Mark Ruffalo, Meg Ryan, Tramell Tillman, and Tucker Pillsbury.
“She gets more than she bargained for when she meets two men — one in his 20s and one in his 50s — who show her there is no set formula for good sex,” according to the official Netflix synopsis.
