Apple Martin looks just like her mother. The eldest daughter of Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin has been enjoying her summer in East Hampton, spending her days on the beach and showing off some of her best summer style, including a stunning bikini.
In new photos shared over the past week, Martin was photographed on her way to the beach, wearing a red and white striped bikini
She paired the look with a white top and some jean shorts, with photographers capturing her on her way to the beach.
She matched the bikini with a white top, a cross-body bag, and some light-wash denim jeans. She rounded it all off with red ballet flats, styling her hair loose and wavy, perfect for the beach.
Earlier that week, Martin was photographed picking up some takeout from an Italian restaurant, wearing a simple outfit made out of a white tank top and denim shorts. She rounded out the look with red ballet flats, adding a pop of color, and styled her long blonde hair loose and naturally wavy.
She was seen with her phone in one hand and two boxes of pizza and a takeout bag in the other.
Paltrow's love of food and health has been passed down to her kids
Gwyneth Paltrow has become one of the leading voices in wellness and lifestyle, with her company Goop providing healthy suggestions for people's lives, including food and fitness recommendations.
Over the years, Paltrow has discussed her strict Paleo diet and how that approach has shifted over the years. She's also revealed that her kids, Apple and Moses, have their own relationship with food, and she tries her best to let them be.
"He's 16 and he will barely let me give him a vitamin... so it's also like, knowing when to relent and give him his space," said Paltrow of Moses back in 2022, in an episode of her podcast. "I try not to force anything on them. They were raised in an environment where wellness is important and they will adopt what they choose to, or not. They have free will," she said.
Paltrow's love of cooking and delicious meals has been inherited by her daughter, who revealed that one of her favorite things about living alone is the fact that she gets to cook for herself. "Oh my god, this is my favorite part about living alone in an apartment, is that I get to cook all the time. I make phenomenal garlic bread. Out of this world. I also love making Caesar salad, but from scratch—dressing and croutons," she said to Interview Magazine.
