By now, everyone knows that Lauren Sánchez doesn’t do anything halfway. From her fairytale romance and lavish wedding with Jeff Bezos to her galaxy-sized diamond ring and rare Hermès bags, Sánchez is making headlines for her latest looks.
Fresh off her star-studded Venetian wedding, Mrs. Bezos has been spotted making glamorous rounds in New York, Paris, and Cannes, and not without the accessories to match.
Just this week, she was seen heading home from dinner at Torissi with her son, dressed in throwback club-ready style, a tight black leather midi dress, vintage-wash cropped denim jacket, and tall black Louboutin boots.
But what really caught eyes was the jaw-dropping diamond ring on her finger. At her June wedding in Venice, all eyes were drawn to her finger, despite the stunning Schiaparelli couture dress she was also wearing.
Designed by Lorraine Schwartz, the ring features an oval-cut diamond estimated to weigh between 30 and 40 carats. “Set in a refined platinum mounting with a discreet double hidden halo, the design is covered in pavé-set natural diamonds,” said Grant Mobley, of the Natural Diamond Council, to Harper's Bazaar.
“With its rare combination of size, exceptional color, and remarkable clarity, the ring is estimated to be worth around $4 million.” Before, she was wearing a 20-30 carat radiant-cut pink diamond engagement ring. “Most pink diamonds ever discovered originated from a single mine in Western Australia,” Mobley added.
Lauren's outfit was complete with her current go-to bag, the Hermès Kelly Midas. The luxury bag has traveled with Mrs. Bezos from Cannes to Couture Week in Paris and even graced her wedding weekend in Venice.
Her latest outing follows her wedding to Bezos on Venice’s San Giorgio Maggiore Island, in front of 200 guests including Leonardo DiCaprio, Oprah Winfrey, Mick Jagger, Bill Gates, and the Kardashian-Jenner family.
Her sons, Nikko and Evan, walked her down the aisle, while daughter Ella served as maid of honor. The event, estimated by Forbes to cost upwards of $20 million, featured a series of themed parties, from Gatsby-glam to pajama-chic.
