While Justin Bieber is reportedly leaning on the billion-dollar sale of wife Hailey’s skincare brand to settle a massive debt, Hailey herself appears focused on fashion. Unbothered and unapologetically stylish, the model and businesswoman is making a case for one of the season’s most divisive trends, capri pants.
Earlier this week, she posted a serene photo set from a countryside visit to luxury watch brand Audemars Piguet. Sitting on an art installation in the middle of sprawling farmland, Hailey wore a tailored deep-blue suit with sharp shoulders, a plunging neckline, and body-hugging capris that stopped at the knee.
She finished the look with black strappy sandals, her signature rectangle sunglasses, gold hoop earrings, and zero stress. Capris have quickly become a go-to summer silhouette for Hailey, who recently styled a yellow-and-white version with a cropped jacket and string bikini underneath.
Paired with a polka-dot bandana, tiny gold jewelry, a basket of lemons, and a martini glass, it makes it the perfect summer look. The beauty mogul is relaxed and chic following the $1 billion acquisition of her Rhode skincare line by E.l.f. Beauty.
Justin Bieber is facing a very different kind of milestone, as reported by TMZ, a stalled $31.5 million settlement with HYBE, the South Korean media conglomerate that absorbed Scooter Braun’s operations.
According to sources close to the matter, Justin is delaying payment until the Rhode deal is finalized and funds hit the bank. He reportedly expects to collect about $50 million from the sale as an investor, enough to cover his obligation.
However, a rep for Hailey was quick to clarify: “The historic sale of Rhode is a huge accomplishment for Hailey and is completely separate from her husband and his business affairs.”
Despite the personal and financial chaos around her, Hailey remains on trend. Capri pants, once a staple of icons like Audrey Hepburn and Marilyn Monroe, are enjoying a strong resurgence among trendsetters. Hailey isn’t alone, as Emily Ratajkowski was spotted just yesterday in New York City rocking a sleek black pair with a fitted blazer designed by Emily Dawn Long.
