The beauty mogul and the "Wonka" star were spotted holding hands and beaming as they strolled down Pampelonne Beach in the South of France on July 5, looking as happy as ever.

In Saint-Tropez, Kylie looked effortlessly chic in a cream-colored mini dress with a plunging neckline and a black striped bodice. The look was paired with laid-back black flip-flops and sunglasses, perfect for a luxe seaside day.
