Shiloh and Keoni have been photographed together numerous times over the past year, with the two bonding over their dedication to dance. Last month, Shiloh choreographed a dance under the stage name "Shi Jolie," which was performed by Keoni and the dancer Tako Suzuki at the launch of Isabel Marant's capsule collection with Net-A-Porter.
Per Variety, the dance number was "steamy" and was accompanied by the singer Luella, who provided the soundtrack to the dance with one of her songs.
