As Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez prepare to say “I do” in a private ceremony in Venice, Italy, some familiar faces are joining the guest list, including Lauren's ex-boyfriend, NFL Hall of Famer Tony Gonzalez, and his wife, October “Tobie” Gonzalez.
The pair is already in Europe ahead of the lavish multi-day celebration. October recently posted photos on Instagram of their scenic journey through Rome and Tuscany, captioning the post, “Road trippin through Rome and Tuscany.”
© Mike CoppolaA source confirmed to PEOPLE that Tony and October will attend the wedding along with Tony and Lauren’s 24-year-old son, Nikko. Sánchez herself appeared to confirm October’s presence at the wedding by commenting, “See you soon” on one of her posts.
Despite their romantic history, Lauren and Tony have remained closely tied as co-parents. More than that, Sánchez has developed a deep friendship with Tony’s wife. In a 2023 interview with The Wall Street Journal, Sánchez said she is “best friends” with both Tony and October. “It wasn’t always that way. There was friction [at the beginning],” she admitted.

The couple and their friends were seen playing with oversized beach balls, and a “Happy Birthday” sign on the boat hinted the bash might’ve been in honor of Sánchez’s son Evan’s recent 19th birthday.
