Nick Cannon was showered with love over the weekend. The father of 12 had a big celebration on Sunday, spending time with his kids as they all went to church together and enjoyed eachother's company. His eldest kids, Moroccan and Monroe, whom he shares with his ex Mariah Carey, shared touching tributes for their father.
Moroccan shared an Instagram post, filled with photos of Cannon and the twins over the years. "Happy Father’s Day pops. I love you so much dad. You’ve always been there for me and helped me with whatever problem I’m dealing with at any time and any place," reads the post's caption.
"Thank you for raising me to be the dude I am today. You’re the best. Enjoy today father!!!"
Cannon wrote a sweet message on the post. "I love you soo much son! You’re the best!"
Monroe shared an Instagram story alongside her dad. "Happy Fathers Day to the best dad in the whole world!!! I love you so much!"
The twins are 14 years old and are Cannon's eldest children. Over the years, Carey and Cannon have opened up about raising their children. "They're a lot, but they give me so much love in return. I wouldn't be the same person without them," said Carey in an interview with PEOPLE.
"I think Nick and I have done pretty well in co-parenting, staying friends with each other so that we can talk."
Cannon's Father's Day plans
Cannon spent Father's Day with most of his children, sharing some photos on his Instragram and revealing that they all went to church together to commemorate the occasion.
Cannon and his kids wore matching white and blue outfits, with Cannon wearing grey pants, a grey turtleneck sweater, and a light blue jacket. As he held on to his kids, Cannon showed off the bible to the camera/ "After Church vibes!" he wrote. "What a great Father's Day."
Cannon has 12 kids, sharing them with 6 different women.
