His new vacation home is located in Playa Nueva Romana, an exclusive residential complex located between Santo Domingo and La Romana. The residential complex is the perfect combination of a luxury five-star resort and the benefits of a private community.

Nadal purchased the villa in 2012, at the height of his professional career. According to data from that year, the villa was valued at around $565,000 and is located near a golf course. His decision to purchase the home turned out to be a savvy business investment; nowadays, the property is valued at over $2 million.

The home has two levels and is located in a residential complex equipped with all sorts of amenities. It has three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a private pool, and a garden. It also grants residents access to a sports club, a beach club, a gym, a spa, a private marina where guests can keep their boats, and, of course, a tennis club.

A popular destination for some of the world's biggest celebrities

The area is one that's popular amongst celebrities, who've often traveled their on their vacations and holidays and have purchased properties of their own, including icons like Marc Anthony, Romeo Santos, Beyonce, and Will Smith, who've been regularly photographed in these locations.

For Nadal, the home is a perfect union between an escape and a continuation of the life by the sea that he's loved all of his life, as someone who grew up in the area of Mallorca. It's the perfect place to pursue his passion for sailing and his love of nature. It's also a place away from the spotlight, granting him and his wife, Mery Perello, somewhere they can be away from the spotlight and raise their kids in peace.
