Kylie Jenner put all of her trust in a skin-tight, pearlescent grey latex mini dress on Saturday. The 27-year-old businesswoman enjoyed a night out in Los Angeles in honor of her best friend Anastasia Karanikolaou at The Nice Guy, wearing a daring dress with a thigh-high slit that looked like one wrong move would have revealed all of her lady bits.

The body-hugging look is from her unreleased Khy collection. It features thin straps and a sculpted silhouette that showed off her famous figure. She paired it with sheer Gianvito Rossi Metropolis sandals and let the dress do all the talking—no accessories, except her face and body card.

Well, she did have one very famous set of accessories: her highly coveted bust. The mother of two recently broke the internet after admitting she had a breast job, even sharing the measurements and details for curious fans wanting to follow suit. Last week, she responded candidly to a fan on social media asking for specifics, saying, “445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! silicone!!!” she wrote.

She also revealed the man behind the famous bust: Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Garth Fisher. “Hope this helps lol,” she added.

Kylie has rocked a lot of different hairstyles in the past, but is currently going for long, black, perfectly styled Hollywood glam - the same look we’ve seen on her one and only sister, Kim Kardashian.

How they met

Karanikolaou and Jenner have known each other since they were 13. They met at a Barnes & Noble during a fan event over a decade ago.

Karanikolaou told Bustle they reconnected at a friend’s house during a sleepover in middle school, which solidified their bond. While Stassie was always around, after Jordyn Woods hooked up with Tristan Thompson, she seemingly stepped up to the plate as Kylie’s new BFF.
