Suri Cruise is kicking off her summer in New York. The daughter of Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise has been photographed over the past few weeks enjoying the city and walking through various parts of the city. In new photos, Suri was spotted talking on the phone and wearing her best outfit as she prepares for the incoming warmer weather.
Suri was photographed over the weekend in New York, wearing a stylish look that adapted to the city's transitional weather. Suri wore a brown button-up cardigan that she paired with a black top and black cropped shorts. The garment had various paint stains on it, suggesting that Suri was wearing it as she did something artistic or that she had kept the item over a long period of time.
She rounded out the look with brown suede boots and a black tote bag, giving her look a very artsy and laid-back vibe, showing her relaxed attitude towards her break from college.
Suri was photographed carrying various items for her day outing, including a water bottle and some headphones. As she walked through the streets, she was photographed talking and texting on her phone.
Suri's plans in New York
Suri appears to have completed her freshman year of college at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Over the past weeks, she's been spotted in New York City, doing many of the things she normally did back when she lived there.
Paparazzi have photographed her picking up coffees and taking on the subway as she enjoys herself alone in the city, always looking comfortable and showing off her laidback style with sneakers, sweaters, sweatpants, printed shirts, and more.
In the past, Holmes has revealed the tight bond that she and Suri share with New York City, describing it as a place where they can find whatever they want.
"What I love about New York is that for me and my child, this is our vibe," said Holmes in an older interview with InStyle. "When there are 25 things to do every night, it takes you out of your own thing. And you know what else I discovered? There's a place not far from my house that does foot massages until midnight. That's what New York offers!"
