Shirtless Justin Bieber visits medical building in Beverly Hills days after comments about Hailey [VIDEO]

Justin Bieber just gave the sidewalk outside a Beverly Hills medical building its most headline-worthy moment of the week. On a casual outing that was anything but low-key, the 30-year-old pop star showed up shirtless, heavily tattooed, and very much in his feelings, sporting bright blue tights under green checkerboard shorts, chunky sneakers and clutching a matching blue hoodie like a streetwear security blanket.

The sighting comes just weeks after Justin opened up to his fans in an emotional and unusually vulnerable Instagram post, addressing everything from personal failings to his evolving relationship with his wife, Hailey Bieber.

On May 9, Bieber posted a truth bomb on Instagram: "I'm an average flawed guy. I've done things that have hurt others… I continue to do and say things that hurt others unintentionally."

But rather than fueling the fire, Justin poured water on it with humility and honesty. "Yet I woke up this morning with another opportunity to grow and not be so selfish today," he added.

The post went on to spotlight work-in-progress love that demands forgiveness and patience. "Love draws us in. Love doesn't condemn. Love believes the best. Love hopes all things and endures all things."

A Viral Regret

And then came that moment when Justin congratulated Hailey for landing the June 2025 Vogue cover, only to casually drop a story about once telling her she'd never make it onto Vogue. "Yikes, I know, so mean," he admitted in the now-viral post, adding: "Forgive me for saying you wouldn't get a Vogue cover 'cause clearly I was sadly mistaken."

What About Hailey?
