While neither has publicly confirmed their relationship status, their frequent appearances in New York and Los Angeles have fans wondering if something more than friendship is taking place.
The most recent sighting occurred in May, when the two were photographed in NYC. Kravitz wore a casual gray t-shirt, dark brown pants, and carried a red sweatshirt. Meanwhile, Centineo sported Carhartt overalls, buttoned over one shoulder, paired with a white long-sleeved shirt and a scruffy beard.
