Jennifer Garner is reminiscing about her childhood. The actress and producer, who keeps an active and hilarious social media account, has shared a new video where she's seen discussing some of her favorite '90s items.
Garner shared the video on her Instagram, showing her playing a game of "Remember this?," '90s edition. She addresses the camera and shows the audience some of the items she's discussing, featuring them as background photos in the video.
"I mean mixed tapes, why don't we make mixed tapes for each other anymore?" she says at the start. "Oh, I guess they're called playlists now."
She also showed a photo of legwarmers and skates. "I legitimately still wear legwarmers. Like for real. They keep your legs warm. And roller skates," she said."
Lastly, she showed a pretty old-time phone. "If you remember dialing someone's number on this," she said, showing a phone with a rotary dial. "It's time for retinol. It's your best friend, I don't know what to tell you. Give in!" she concluded, laughing.
Garner celebrates Teacher Appreciation Week
Earlier this week, Garner celebrated Teacher Appreciation Week, sharing a tribute to two of the teachers who had the biggest impact on her life. She shared some photos alongside the teachers and shared stories of their time together.
In a video, Garner explained that one of her teachers was a librarian who published one of the stories that she wrote when she was little, creating a spot for it in the library and encouraging her to pursue her creativity.
"Never miss an opportunity to thank a teacher who shaped you. Teaching is hard! I’m so lucky to have been taught by my lifelong friend Annyce McCann. And my lifelong mentor Nina Denton Pasinetti," wrote Garner in the post's caption.
"Thank you, Mom McCann and Ms. D, I love you."
