Jennifer Garner shuts down Ben Affleck rumors on outing with her boyfriend

Jennifer Garner is shutting down the Ben Affleck romance rumors. Over the past months, Garner and Affleck have spent a lot of time together, celebrating holidays with their kids and being photographed laughing and having fun. In a recent outing, Garner was photographed looking happy with her long-term boyfriend, John Miller, shutting down any speculation regarding a romantic reunion with her ex.

Garner and Miller were photographed over the weekend, with the two enjoying each other's company while on a stroll in Los Angeles. Garner wore a striped t-shirt with denim overalls, pairing it all with a matching cap and some comfortable sneakers.

Miller wore jeans, a blue flannel shirt, and some brown boots. He was photographed carrying a towel or a sweater over his shoulder, and carrying a paper plate and a drink in one hand. 

The pair chatted and laughed together, waving at the paparazzi. They then kissed each other as Miller got inside his vehicle. According to the photo agency, the pair spent the day together with their children and friends.

Why are there rumors of a reunion between Affleck and Garner? 

Over the past year, many news outlets have reported on Affleck and Garner's relationship. While the two have always been friendly with each other, and supportive co-parents, following Affleck's divorce from Jennifer Lopez, the media has grown more interested in their dynamic. 

Last month, PEOPLE reported that Garner and Affleck "have been on good terms for a while now and seem to enjoy chatting and hanging out." The source said that Affleck had been acting "extra giddy lately, though, and much more affectionate" with Garner.

Despite those reports, Garner and Miller's relationship remains in a strong and stable place.

"They have a very special relationship," said an insider to PEOPLE in 2023. "It's never been the easiest one though since they both have families. They took a long break from dating, but Jen is very happy that they are back together."
