Paris Jackson's mom, Debbie Rowe, was spotted in a rare outing. The ex-wife of Michael Jackson and mother to Prince and Paris was photographed recently in California.
Rowe, 66, wore a blue patterned shirt that she paired with jeans, rounding it all off with white sneakers. She styled her blonde hair straight and sported some bangs, completing the look with some sunglasses.
The photographs marked her first public outing in years, with her appearing to run some errands in Palmdale, California. Following her divorce from Jackson, Rowe took a step back from the spotlight and battled breast cancer for nine years.
She and Jackson share Prince, 28, and Paris, 27.
Rowe and Jackson met in 1986, when she was a dermatology nurse at a practice he visited, with the two forming a close friendship. They married in 1997 and divorced a couple of years later, with her granting Jackson full custody of the kids.

Paris Jackson has discussed her relationship with her mother on previous occasions, revealing that the two had reintroduced themselves to each other's lives when she was 15 years old.
"It's cool. Like, getting to know her, seeing how similar we are, getting into what kind of music she likes, and she really likes country and folk," said Paris in a chat with Willow Smith on "Red Table Talk." "I sent her some of the stuff that I'm working on that have, like, banjos in them."
"We look a lot alike. It's just cool having her as a friend. It's very chill, which I love. It's the perfect word to describe it."
Paris also supported Rowe following her cancer diagnosis in 2016, sharing a photo of the two on social media. "I'm a fighter because she's a fighter. Love you mom," she wrote.
