Demi Moore is still a winner in our hearts. The Hollywood star competed against Cynthia Erivo (Wicked), Mikey Madison (Anora), Karla Sofía Gascón (Emilia Pérez), and Fernanda Torres (I'm Still Here) at the 2025 Academy Awards. The coveted Best Actress award was given to Mikey for her incredible performance, and the two stars had a sweet moment following the ceremony.

Demi was all smiles on the red carpet of the Oscars, wearing a custom Armani Privé dress and changing into a gold sparkly halter dress featuring a central cutout. The actress wore a gold bracelet and matching drop earrings to the exclusive after-party.

Despite her Oscar loss, Demi seemed in good spirits, surrounded by her loved ones following the ceremony. Her daughter Tallulah took to social media to share a photo of her mom, who was seen looking cozy in a robe, eating french fries, and accompanied by none other than her adorable dog Pilaf.

Demi and her pup have been an inseparable duo throughout the filming of her fan-favorite film 'The Substance' and during her special appearances, award shows, and multiple interviews. Pilaf was there to support Demi after the Oscars and cuddled up in her lap while she relaxed before the after-party.

"MY winner," Tallulah wrote on social media. Despite her loss, Demi told People before the ceremony that she felt honored to be nominated. “Being nominated for an Oscar is an incredible honor and these last few months have been beyond my wildest dreams,” she said in a statement.

“Truly there are no words to fully express my joy and overwhelming gratitude for this recognition. Not only for me but for what this film represents."

Demi also won multiple recognitions over award season and looked back on her four-decade career on the stage of the SAG Awards and the Golden Globes. "This is the first time I've ever won anything as an actor," she said back in January.
