Fans in tears as Shakira’s heartfelt tribute to her kids unfolds during her Brazil Tour

After much anticipation, Shakira has launched her tour, Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran, in Brazil. Her performance was filled with nostalgia, electrifying moments, stunning outfits, and remarkable choreography. However, it was the emotional moments that truly stood out, particularly during her rendition of 'Acróstico,' which she typically performs with her two children, Milan and Sasha. Although the kids weren't physically on stage, Shakira found a touching way to include them in her act.

'Acróstico' is significant for Shakira as it marks her first collaboration with her children, who contributed as composers, musicians, and vocalists throughout the songwriting process.

Therefore, it was only fitting to feature them in her new show. During the opening concert, their images lit up the giant screens, creating a memorable highlight.When Milan and Sasha appeared on the screens at Estadio Olímpico Nilton Santos, the crowd erupted in warm applause, deeply moving Shakira. 

Overwhelmed with emotion, she continued her performance, thanking the audience for their support of her children.For this performance, Shakira looked stunning, resembling a mermaid.

Celebrating her children’s talent

Just weeks earlier, Shakira expressed her excitement on social media about Milan and Sasha's new musical venture—recording their debut album with other young artists. 

Through Instagram Stories, she shared a black-and-white photo of the young talents and encouraged her fans to listen to her children’s songs. "I’m very happy to share Milan and Sasha's musical project, The One, with Sasha singing and Milan on drums, and It's All for You, featuring Milan with other young talents," she wrote, including a link to their album on Spotify.

Shakira is committed to helping her children reach their full potential, especially given their interest in music. She has involved them in her projects and often keeps them close while she works. It’s common to see Milan and Sasha attending rehearsals and sharing their thoughts with her, as they’ve been frequently spotted on stage during the tour's planning.
