While Jada Pinkett is no stranger to blonde hair, her new color is closer to platinum, and she dyed her eyebrows. Her hair is also longer than she usually wears it. The host has been candid about her alopecia areata diagnosis, an autoimmune disorder where the immune system attacks hair follicles in the head and face, leading to sudden hair loss.
Jada kept her look natural, and fans couldn't believe how she appeared to be drinking out of the fountain of youth. "Aging backward," reads one of the comments, along with "Still 90s fine," and, "Legend. Icon. The moment. Bless this timeline queen."
Proud Mama
Jada's new hairdo comes after she had a proud mama moment watching her children at the GRAMMYS. Jaden and Willow Smith walked the red carpet in their own unique looks.
Jaden's look went viral, wearing an ABODI “Vampire Castle” headpiece. The 26-year-old rocked a black Louis Vuitton suit for the occasion.
As for Willow, she wore a matching black look, wearing custom Fleur du Mal bead and sequined lingerie, with a long black coat and platform heels.
After they walked the carpet, Jada took to Instagram to share a photo of her mini-me's with the caption, "!Period!"
Their dad, Will Smith, was also at the ceremony, which faced mixed reactions, but he did not walk the carpet.
Willow was nominated for Best Engineered Album and Non-Classical for Empathogen. While she did not take home an award, it's an incredible achievement for the 24-year-old.
