Inside Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner’s relationship after Jennifer Lopez divorce

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner continue to have an amicable relationship and have successfully co-parented during the last years after their split in 2015. During his marriage with Jennifer Lopez, the blended family showed a strong bond, with JLo's kids becoming good friends with Ben's kids with Jennifer Garner.

During their separation, Garner also became a friend to Lopez, as it was revealed by a source to Us Weekly in July 2024. “She’s been helpful to J.Lo, and they’ve been relating to each other,” an insider shared at the time, adding, “Jennifer has been a surprising person for J.Lo to talk to.”

Now that JLo and Affleck have moved on with their lives after their divorce, the actor has been focusing on spending quality time with his kids and has been accompanied by Garner, as they continue to have a great friendship and have been spotted multiple times in family outings with 19-year-old Violet, 15-year-old Fin, and 12-year-old Samuel.

Most recently, the pair reunited for a school play in Santa Monica, California, on Sunday, January 26, according to photos obtained by Daily Mail. The pair wore casual ensembles, with the photos showing Garner and Fin arriving at the school and Affleck going out for a smoke break.

The former couple also live close to each other in Brentwood. The two stars ended their marriage in 2018 after their split. "We go forward with love and friendship for one another and a commitment to coparenting our children whose privacy we ask to be respected," they shared at the time in a joint statement.

While Ben is focusing on work and family and has not been dating anyone at the moment, Garner is known to be dating John Miller on and off since 2018.
