Angelina Jolie has been a Los Angeles resident for a long time. The Hollywood star has not been affected by the ongoing wildfires that have destroyed large parts of the city, including 40,000 acres burned, $14,8 billion in damages, and the loss of multiple historic buildings.
While the actress and filmmaker has not been directly affected by the dangerous situation, many of her friends have lost their homes or have been impacted by the fires. “Angie is heartbroken for those who have lost their homes or are impacted by the fires,” a source told People.

Angelina also talked to a reporter and explained that she will be donating but right now she is focused on helping her friends by hosting them at her home in Los Feliz.

Angelina joins the list of celebrities who are helping the evacuees, including Jennifer Garner and Meghan Markle, as the pair have partnered with Chef Jose Andres & World Central Kitchen.
