Kourtney Kardashian is taking a different approach this time around. The famous reality star welcomed her baby Rocky with husband Travis Barker in November 2023 and has decided to give herself "the grace and the permission to take" more time when it comes to diet and exercise amid her previous postpartum experience.

The businesswoman shares Mason, Penelope, and Reign with her ex Scott Disick. During her recent interview with Women's Health, Kourtney said that she feels "more in touch" with her body. Kourtney has been open about her pregnancy journey, and even before after her "five failed IVF cycles and three retrievals."

The pair conceived "naturally" and Kourtney has shared how she has felt with her fans and followers. "I feel really much more in touch with my body this time around," she said to the publication. "I've just giving myself probably the grace and the permission to take my time."

"Some days, I could walk four miles," she explained. "I just went on a walk this morning. I do love going on walks as a family—it's nicer, even with friends." Kourtney also enjoys working out with her husband and has been gradually increasing the intensity now that Rocky turned one.

"It's something my husband and I would always do together, even when we were friends before we were together," she said. Kourtney is mindful of her protein intake when it comes to her diet, eating protein toast with almond butter and sliced bananas or a vegan protein shake.'

The reality star also drinks bone broth each morning. "That's my superpower!" she said. Kourtney still breastfeeds Rocky and wants to introduce Lemme Tone after she stops, which contains methylated B12, apple cider vinegar, and ginger.

"It's formulated to activate your metabolism. It also maintains muscle mass, so you lose fat but not muscle, and helps manage your cravings," she said to the outlet. "I haven't been able to take it yet, but hopefully will take it when my journey is over...in, like, 10 years!"
