Inside Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez’s romantic Valentine’s Day celebration

First, Jen took to her Instagram Stories to share snippets from the duo’s celebration “the other night” at Mr. C Coconut Grove, The Modern Miami Luxury Hotel, before she left to film in the Dominican Republic.

A-Rod not only dressed up their room with deocrations for the special occasion, but dressed himself up!

Jen took us into the other room of their suit to show off a dazzling ILY display.

Later in the morning, JLo shared a delightful clip showcasing the brimming arrangement of roses Alex had couriered off to her home. “Oh my God - what is this?” she can be heard asking in the clip, where Frank Sinatra’s “Funny Valentine” strums in the background. “It’s amazing!” While it was a large - and no doubt expensive - bouquet of roses, we love that it wasn’t an overly-ostentatious display.

“Oh baby… that made me smile,” Jennifer said turning the camera onto her and giggling.

Jennifer penned a heartfelt note to her love in the caption, writing: “February is our special month... our anniversary month... We met again for the first time on February 1st... the first time we went out was two days later and since then there hasn’t been a day we haven’t been together or spoken... you keep me laughing...I love your wickedly funny sense of humor... and how you always try to make every room you enter a more joyful one... I love you and all you do for me and with me....you are my funny valentine.”
