So it’s no surprise that when he and his wife Blake Lively found out the gender of their third child, he must have been overjoyed. On Wednesday, October 16, Ryan took to social media to share a very special message and in it revealed the gender of the couple’s newest addition to their family.

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly Radio in 2016, The Hitman’s Bodyguard actor shared “If I could have nine daughters, I would be thrilled. Really, like I genuinely would be.” He recalls that growing up in a house with all boys was chaotic. The Pokémon: Detective Pikachu actor shared, “My brothers and I, there’s four of us, we would destroy the house. I was eight and I could patch and drywall at eight. We could actually repair an entire hole in the wall in our house within 15 minutes.”
