Blue's appearance at the anniversary celebration comes just days after Beyoncé shared a touching family story involving her daughter's influence on Jay-Z. In a YouTube video uploaded by Beyoncé's haircare brand, Cécred, on June 21, the singer revealed that Jay-Z intentionally grew out his natural hair to help Blue embrace her own.
