Victoria Beckham indulged in some “me time” and checked into the Lanserhof health retreat for a week-long detox in Munich, Germany. The fashion designer gave her Instagram followers a glimpse at her private getaway where she enjoyed clean eating, facials and was introduced to – wait for it– Moon Water. That’s right! Victoria took to Insta-stories to explain more on the fancy mystical drink. “So I’m here at Lanserhof in Germany. They’ve just given me this water which is a special water, “ she says.

“It is collected locally here in Munich but only on a full moon. Apparently this is incredible water – very healthy water, great for the skin." The mom-of-three then wonders: “Where am I gonna get this when I leave Germany?” According to their website: “For more than 30 years, Lanserhof has been setting standards in modern medicine, paving the way to a healthier life.”

From the look of her stories, David Beckham’s wife also participated in extremely healthy eating for a full detox. Victoria shared a photo of what appears to be an egg white omelette with avocado, one grape tomato and parsley, perhaps?
Between her successful fashion label, designer collaborations, upcoming beauty line and family which includes her and David’s four children, Brooklyn, 20, Romeo, 16, Cruz, 14 and Harper, seven, the former Spice Girl surely deserves a little solo time to re-energize. The power woman does it all!
However, her time away might also have to do with getting a deeper sense of the beauty and wellness world. Earlier this year, Victoria confirmed her extensive beauty line will launch fall 2019, and she hinted we can expect everything from makeup and skincare to fragrance and wellness. And who knows – perhaps we can expect some moon water in the assortment!
