Prince William will be returning home with a gift his daughter Princess Charlotte is sure to like. The Prince of Wales kicked off his visit to Estonia on Thursday, March 20. Before playing basketball with students at Tallinn’s Freedom School, the heir to the throne was presented with a friendship bracelet, per HELLO!. His Royal Highness remarked that his 9-year-old daughter will "probably poach it off me."

William also shared that his little girl "loves these friendship bracelets," adding, "Thank you very much, I like the Ukrainian colours. Thank you, that's very kind."

The friendship bracelet that he received on Thursday isn't the future King's first. During his trip to South Africa for the 2024 Earthshot Prize Awards ceremony, Prince William was spotted wearing a beaded friendship bracelet made by Princess Charlotte, which spelled out the word "Papa."

In an interview at the time, the Prince of Wales revealed that he had promised Prince Charlotte that he'd wear it. "Well, this is a, I think, a relic, if you like, from a Taylor Swift concert that my daughter decided that she wanted to create a bracelet for," Prince William shared. "She gave it to me when I came away. So I promised I'd wear it and try not to lose while I was out here."

The bracelet isn't the only souvenir that the royal dad of three will be going home with. According to PEOPLE, William was also given on March 20 a stuffed animal dog called Lotte, who is said to be a famous Estonian storybook character, as well as a card for his kids: Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.

The Prince's visit to Estonia marks his first official foreign trip this year, and his first-ever visit to the country. William began his visit with a meeting with the President of Estonia at the Presidential Office. His engagements on Thursday also included a visit to the Freedom School, which was founded by the Ministry of Education and Research of Estonia in 2022 to respond to the war in Ukraine, and a workshop with a range of renewable energy startups.

On Friday, the Prince is scheduled to meet with Estonian troops. He will also visit the Mercian Regiment in his role as Colonel-in-Chief and learn about how they are bolstering NATO’s eastern flank as part of Operation Cabrit, per Kensington Palace.

In a message shared on the Waleses' social media accounts on March 20, Kensington Palace wrote: "Tere, Tallinn - great to be visiting Estonia for the first time! Looking forward to an exciting two days here, both in beautiful Tallinn and visiting British troops at Tapa camp tomorrow. 🇪🇪."
