 So get ready for your summer weekends, the step-by-step recipe is right below, so you can whip it up in just minutes.

Chef Merito Guacamole Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium avocados
  • ¼ cup tomato, seeded, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup onion, diced
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Chef Merito Lime Juice
  • 1 tsp. Chef Merito Garlic Salt (or sprinkle to your liking)

Preparation:

  1. Mash the avocados to get the consistency you like — a fully mashed and creamy guacamole is recommended.
  2. Add all the ingredients into a medium mixing bowl and blend them together.
  3. Cover guacamole and place in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours, to allow the flavors to come alive.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
