Light rain hit the blue floral carpet outside the Metropolitan Museum of Art, but nothing slowed the Met Gala 2025. Inside, the exhibit “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style,” a celebration of culture, identity, and razor-sharp craftsmanship. Outside, designers, actors, and models treated the steps like a true runway. 

From Zendaya’s pristine tailoring to Rosalía’s avant-flamenco glamour and newcomer Georgina Rodríguez’s surprise debut, these are the standout moments everyone will be searching for.

Sydney Sweeney

The Euphoria star embraced midnight drama in a custom Miu Miu black mermaid gown, entirely fringed with beaded tassels. A crystal clasp at the high neckline, a sweeping train, and two-tone diamond earrings dialed up the sparkle, while a sleek updo and delicate finger-wave tendrils framed her face.
