Kai's post was made up of numerous images and videos, showing her practicing different sports, primarily golf, which is the path she wants to pursue professionally. Her photos and videos show her participating in different golf tournaments. One of the videos shows her in slow motion, showing the technique that goes into her sport.

She ends the post with a photo and a video of herself, showing off her skills skiing, a skill that she likely pursues as a hobby.

"Happy National Girls and Women in Sports Day! Today is such a special day, celebrating all the women who are shaping sports. I’m so grateful and proud to be a female athlete. So thankful for every woman who’s shown me what’s possible on the course, on the court, and everywhere in between," she captioned the post.

The post received comments and support from different people and institutions, including Maiya Tanaka Puterbaugh, a golf instructor, who commented with various clapping emojis, and Canes Golf, the official account of the University of Miami's Women's golf team, which also left some encouraging emojis.

More details about Kai's career as a golfer

In an interview with Lara Trump on the Fox News show "My View with Lara Trump," Kai opened up about playing in her first LPGA, an experience that she described as more stressful than the Republican National Convention, where she was a speaker in 2024.

"The first day, I've never been more nervous in my entire life. That was like the RNC times 30, "she said. "It was very nerve-wracking for the nerves. I played well the first day and then the second day kinda went out there. I'm like no more nerve, like the nerves weren't as bad."

"And then I did really well. So I mean, it was a great experience. I'm thankful for the, obviously, the opportunity."

Kai also discussed her plans to continue playing golf for UM and her decision to commit to the school in August 2024. "It really just came down to the coaches," she said. "I love the program and I also didn't want to be so far away from home, because I don't know, I love coming back home, and I love our family, right? I love Florida ... Obviously, the school's great academics. And the team was awesome. And yeah, I mean, it was just a place I wanted to be."
