Jennifer Garner is the total sports mom. In photos shared over the weekend, Garner took her son and certified sports fan Samuel to the Los Angeles Chargers football game.
Photos showed Garner wearing a stylish outfit made up of flared dark jeans, which she paired with dark boots and a grey jacket.
Samuel walked ahead of her as the two left the car, wearing a blue sweatshirt and matching pants. He completed the look with white sneakers, with his hair styled adorably in spikes.
Garner was seen holding on to another jacket, likely one of Samuel's. The pair was seen arriving at the SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, where the Chargers were playing against Jaguars. The latter team came out on top, winning the game 6 - 35.
Samuel's love of sports
While Samuel leads a life that's relatively away from the public eye, there are a few things that are known about him, like his love of sports. While he's been spotted attending all sorts of sports, including baseball and football, it seems like Samuel is primarily a basketball fan, often photographed with his dad on the front row of the LA Lakers games.
Images have shown him having fun and celebrating with his dad, making him an adorable and relatable sports fan.
Samuel is Ben Affleck and Garner's youngest son, and thus the one who's been least photographed by paparazzi, rarely seen without his parents.
Some years ago, Garner opened up about Samuel and his feelings regarding the paparazzi. "It's a shame because I have a 4-year-old son and of all my kids, he hates them the most -- he hates them," said Garner on "The Dr. Oz Show."
"And every time he sees the cameras, which is still every day, he says, 'I don't like that. There are two things I don't like, mom. I don't like cameras, I don't like men with cameras, and I don't like being laughed at. I don't like if I feel like you're laughing at me,'" she continued.
Garner had some words of advice that, while heartbreaking, reassured him and were true. "I say, 'I can control not laughing at you,' although he is so funny, 'but we have to talk about the fact that they can't hurt you,'" she said. "'They can't touch you. They're far away. We can't make them go away. We just have to live our lives, son, and do the best we can.'"
