He was photographed atop a black and red Cannondale bike, a company known for its wide variety of bike models.

Over the years, some of Ford's costars have discussed his commitment to physical health and how much he enjoys going on lengthy bike rides, no matter the grueling shooting schedule.

"I remember the first day we were shooting, it was a night shoot, then we stopped at 5 a.m.," said Mads Mikkelsen, Ford's "Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny" co-star, in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter. "And then he got on his mountain bike and went biking for 50 kilometers."

"Harrison is a monster of a man, a very nice monster.”

Ford's legendary fitness regimen

Harrison Ford was one of Hollywood's leading men for a few decades, starring in various action and science fiction movies that demanded a lot of stunts and physical work.

While making "Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom," Ford reached out to Jake Steinfeld, who helped him get in shape with an intense fitness regimen. “We focused on different body parts depending on the day,” said Steifeld to Men's Health. “Monday, Thursday: chest and triceps. Tuesday, Friday: back and biceps. Wednesday, Saturday: shoulders and legs. Abs every day.”

“It was not about Indiana Jones becoming a bodybuilder,” Steinfeld said. “This dude was just ripped, and getting ripped is a lot of repetitions. We were doing 100-rep sets. I like the superset. I’m an old-school guy.”

Ford has discussed how he stays lean and healthy, sharing that he steers clear of meat and sticks to a diet of primarily fish and vegetables. "It's really boring," he said in an appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show." “I just decided I was tired of eating meat, and I know it’s not really good for the planet and it’s not really good for me.”
